Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), new rules on Data Protection have come into law since May 2018. Because of these new regulations, JCT is required to ensure that all data is fairly obtained and processed. All data is stored on a central database managed by DataBiz Solutions on behalf of Junior Cycle for Teachers and Monaghan Education Centre. The main purpose for which Junior Cycle for Teachers and Monaghan Education Centre collect this data is to support the ongoing development and provision of CPD for post-primary teachers.
